Welcome Home Ohio Program (WHO)

The Summit County Land Bank is proud to participate in the Ohio Department of Development's Welcome Home Ohio (WHO) program, offering recently renovated, affordable homes that meet modern building standards and ensure livability.

Ready to Move In?

Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria requirements for the program:

Live in the home as your primary residence for a minimum of five (5) years after purchase.
Must secure a loan pre-approval prior to purchasing home.
Complete one year of financial literacy counseling, either pre-or-post-purchase.
Participate in four (4) quarterly follow-up sessions with SCLB program staff in the first year of ownership
Certify that your income meets or falls below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
