IMPORTANT NOTICE: While we are proud to have maintained the same pricing structure for nearly 10 years, the Summit County Land Bank (SCLB) will update its pricing structure for the Side Lot Program in 2025. Beginning January 1st, new Program Guidelines will be issued for the Side Lot Program, including increases in application fees and pricing. Applications submitted on, or after, January 1, 2025, will be subject to non-refundable application fees of $50 (residential) and $100 (commercial, industrial, other), per parcel. Application fees will no longer be applied to the final purchase price of the property. Similarly, the minimum base pricing structure for vacant lots will increase to $400 (residential) and $800 (commercial, industrial, other) for every one-eighth of an acre or fraction thereof. Larger parcels and those deemed to be of considerable value and/or interest, as determined solely by the SCLB, will continue to be subject to negotiation. Submission of an application will serve as an acknowledgment and understanding of, and agreement with, this notice.
